SMS Privacy & Data Use Policy

Billings Precast respects the privacy of our customers, employees, delivery drivers, contractors, and other individuals who communicate with us. This policy explains what information we collect in connection with our SMS messaging services, how that information is used, and how we protect it.

When an individual enrolls in or consents to receive SMS communications from Billings Precast, we may collect limited information necessary to provide those communications, including:

• Name
• Mobile telephone number
• Company or employer name, when applicable
• Delivery or project information
• Jobsite information
• Delivery schedules and assignments
• Responses to SMS messages
• Communication preferences and opt-in/opt-out status
• Other information voluntarily provided during normal business communications

Information collected through our SMS messaging program is used solely for legitimate business and operational purposes.

SMS communications may be used to provide delivery assignments, delivery confirmations, estimated arrival times, schedule changes, jobsite information, loading notifications, project updates, order status information, dispatch instructions, and other operational communications related to Billings Precast products and services.

For employees and delivery drivers, SMS communications may also be used for work-related scheduling, dispatch, delivery coordination, and operational notifications.

Individuals receive SMS communications only after providing their mobile telephone number and consenting to receive text messages from Billings Precast through the applicable enrollment, onboarding, dispatch, customer communication, or other consent process.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future SMS communications. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.

Billings Precast does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in information and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may only be disclosed to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our SMS communication or business systems, or when disclosure is required by law. Such service providers may only use the information to provide services on behalf of Billings Precast and not for their own marketing purposes.

Billings Precast takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

Access to SMS-related information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require access for legitimate business purposes.

Billings Precast retains SMS-related information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide operational communications, maintain appropriate business records, comply with applicable legal requirements, and document messaging consent and opt-out requests.

Recipients may discontinue SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a Billings Precast text message.

After an opt-out request is received, the telephone number will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program except where a confirmation message is necessary to acknowledge the opt-out request.
